Star’s and Football™ Sportmanagement Group’s Scouts accompany you as a junior player as well as your parents in the most important phase of your professional career – before you get started!
Your sense of being a qualified sports scientist and experienced scouts is the foundation of the professional work we do for you.
Our scouts regularly watch your games and, if necessary, your training. They analyze your sporting potential, show your strengths, motivate you and, more importantly, constructively critical, so that you are
getting better and better!
In addition, they talk to you and your parents and exchange information with club coaches and coaches of youth national teams of the German Football Association (DFB). In addition to the evaluation of talented players.
